FIGURES AND PORTRAITS

Some of these works are completed original artworks and some are simple sketches or studies.  Many of the watercolor portraits are studies based on photographs.  You will see a mixture of more realistic rendering of portraits as well as work with more of an emphasis on fantasy or imaginative figures.  I find myself using watercolor, ink pens, graphite, colored pencil, and even a bit of chalk pastels in these artworks.   -Visual Artist, Kelly Friend
